VISION CLUB
3rd Monday of every month at the Hingham Senior Center at l0am.
Provides companionship, support & information for those whose vision is impaired. Call Carol Barrett at: 781-383-9112 for information and to
arrange for free transport.

STROKE CLUB
Tuesdays 10am at the
Hingham Senior Center
Provides companionship, support & information to those who have suffered
a stroke. Caregivers are also invited to attend.

**CEA provides free transportation. **

REFLEXOLOGY/CHAIR MASSAGE
12-2pm at CEA
2nd Monday of every month. Therapists are from Nantasket Therapeutic Massage
Cost: $10.00 for 20 minute session

Reflexology: Based on the theory that all of the body systems are mirrored in the feet. Stimulating the nerves in the feet brings the body in balance where it can better heal itself.

Chair Massage: Encourages circulation, decreases muscular stiffness and helps to decrease inflammation that may rest in joints.

FOOT CARE
Second Thursday of each month.
By Appointment Only.
9:30 am—2:30pm.
Held at 60 Elm Street, Cohasset.
COE hosts a low-cost foot care service, provided by the Jean Reardon, RN.
Services Include general assessment of the feet & lower extremities; trimming, filing & cleaning of toenails; smoothing of corns &calluses; massages of feet; & referral to an MD/Podiatrist if needed.
Cost is $27.

COME TO LUNCH AT THE CENTER
Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Nutritionally sound meals served 3 days a week at the Cohasset Elder Affairs Senior Center, 3 North Main Street. Donations for each meal is $2.50. Reservations should be made at least 2 days in advance.

Tuesday/Thursday Meals are provided by the South Shore Elder Services.

Wednesday The meal is provided by volunteers from the Angel Food Project
or by Anna’s Gourmet Cooking Club.

**On Wednesdays there is usually a guest speaker in attendance from 11:00-12:00 giving presentations on pertinent topics.
